Roger’s experience, leadership and reputation remain central to Forecast Realty, Inc. Since founding the company, he has guided clients through changing markets and a wide range of residential, investment, multifamily, land and commercial transactions.

Roger continues to work with clients, collaborate with the company’s agents and contribute the insight that comes from decades of hands-on experience.

The Next Chapter of Forecast Realty, Inc.

Stephanie joined Forecast Realty, Inc. in 2001, followed by Jeremy in 2007. Over the years, they worked alongside Roger, developed their own experience and client relationships, and became deeply involved in the continued growth of the brokerage.

In 2025, Jeremy and Stephanie assumed ownership and day to day leadership of Forecast Realty, Inc. This was not the beginning of their involvement with the company, but a natural continuation of the work they had already been doing for many years. Their goal is to preserve the values on which Roger built the brokerage while continuing to strengthen its marketing, technology, systems and client experience.

Together, Roger, Jeremy and Stephanie continue to guide Forecast Realty, Inc., combining decades of experience with a shared vision for the future.
